Ok...here is the story. For Tae Kwon Do - Mekonnen needs to learn how to do proper push ups...so Bill has been working with him at home on this. Then one day, Bill was being silly and announced a new rule to Mekonnen that before he can watch TV he has to do 10 push ups!! Mekonnen thought this was a great rule and it has stuck!! So now instead of asking to watch TV he asks if he can do 10 push ups!! He thinks it's great fun! (Go figure!) Anyway - just before Christmas, at school, they were going to watch a video or something...so Mekonnen puts up his hand and asks "Do I have to do 10 push ups first?" I can only imagine what the teacher thinks!! Mekonnen tells us the class laughed, and then he laughed - then that seemed to be the end of the conversation - so we are not sure if the teacher ever got an explaination or not?!?!?
